Honey Glazed Grilled Chicken and Orange de Jus Carrot

156328_380174672078685_1977339458_n I love making this dish if I am craving a sweet and savoury combo. Preheat Oven to 280C;  Place desired amount of chicken to a baking tray, drizzle with Olive Oil & Organic Honey, Add a Cube or Gel cap of Vegetable stock in the middle of the tray, grill until Light brown. Boil baby carrots until soft.  In a pan- heat up 1-2TBS of Butter & ¼ Cup of Fresh OJ, Drain your carrots and toss in the pan with the other contents. Let them simmer until the chicken is ready. Drizzle some of the Oil & Honey from the baking tray over the chicken for extra flavour- Serve Immediately . Enjoy
