Lets face it an attractive smile and great teeth is instantly age defying. Although I have dabbled in the past with bleaching my teeth at the dentist- the most effective and affordable way I have found are the Crest 3D Advanced Vivid White strips – 7 Day Kit. By day 3 my teeth were bright and white, by day 7, my teeth appeared sparkly, shiny, & brand spanking new. Depending on how sensitive your teeth are- I actually leave the strips on for 10-15 minutes longer than directed. I am a bit of a spa-Oholic and do indulge when it comes to pampering, weather its acupuncture, reflexology, a facial or a body scrub; nothing beats a really good deep tissue massage. It relieves muscle tension, stress, aches, pains, strains and improves your immune system and circulation. It’s a great way to unwind and let go. Getting 1-2 a month will do wonders for you’re over all well being. So why not treat yourself…& release some steam.

Keeping fit takes time, effort, and energy. To stay in shape- I suggest having a weekly realistic plan and pencil in at least 2-3 physical activities a week. For people who have less movitavtion I think that taking classes you enjoy make it feel fun and not such a chore. Over time you will feel good, look good and have an abundance of energy. Make sure you are paying attention to what you eat, moving as much as you can, and getting you 8-9 hours of sleep to help prepare for the next day. So check out yoga, pilates, spinning, zuma, boxing, or mix it up- whatever the activity you may choose. Enjoy and Get Fit!

For me the eyes/ eyebrows are the coathangers of your face. The ultimate mascara that thickens, darkens, and lengthens for myself is the Christian Dior- Dior Show Black out. I have tried and tested loads over the years, and this one is definitely worth the splurge. For the perfect lash- 1 )use the Shu Uemura eyelash curler and hold for 10 seconds 2) Apply Black out evenly- I apply a extra coat and a little on the bottom for my evening look. 4) Use a good eye brow pencil -1-2 shades darker than your own brows for extra defintion, and blend and brush until its even. Voila… Eye Popping Eyes

I Have to admit, I am a bit of a coffee lover- a double soya espresso every morning to be exact…..- Come afternoon and green tea is my soulful sipping choice. By swapping your usual black teas/ coffees or fizzy drinks for green tea- your body will benefit vastly over time. Packed with powerful anti-oxidants- the tea contributes to many health issues- chronic diseases, weight gain, aging, low metabolism, and much more. At least 3 cups a day is what I Recommend to feel and see improvements. I also love white green tea which is even more potent and powerful the green.
