Move your body!

Be active at least 150 minutes a week, get into a routine and move as much as possible.  Find an exercise you love, a new class that sounds fun, or the latest fitness dvd you can do in the comfort of your own home.  Either way there is no exuse not make the time for it- pencil it in and make the time.  I prefer going in the AM to get it done and over with, plus it gives me a great boost for the day, however everyone is different, so find something that you love and your body loves :-)
