This is a yummy light healthy treat. The night before freeze 3-4 Sliced Bananas in a zip lock 2: Blend the Bananas, 1 Cup of Cashews, 3 TBS of Maple Syrup, ½ cup of Almond Milk, and 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract. Serve and add a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon. A great source of Potassium and protein.
