There are some great apps available to assist and guide through the experience.. There are Physiological, Psychological, and Spiritual benefits like: lowering oxygen consumption and decreasing respiratory rate, & Helping with focus & concentration. It also increase’s creativity, and serotonin levels as well as increased self-actualization & compassion. It also provides peace of mind & happiness and keeps things in perspective!!!I could go on and on but if you can breath, and relax at least a few times you will feel a big difference on your over well being. Your body will reap the rewards by incorporating 80% Fruits and Vegetables and 20 % Fish, Chicken and Good Carbs in your diet.
