To keep your locks strong and healthy make sure you are eating at least 150 g a day of protein, as well as taking Omega 3-6-9, Vitamin B, and magnesium supplements. “Hair itself is 80-95% protein, so eat plenty of protein to keep it looking its best”Dr.Kingsley. Also don’t forget you can find alot of protein in green leafy vegetables.

Sautéed Chilli & Garlic Tiger Prawns: in a hot sauce pan stir together: A few table spoons of Olive Oil, a few squeezes of Chilli paste, Diced Garlic, and for extra POW- add some chilli flakes. Do this until the prawns absorb most of the ingredients and they become a crispy like texture. Pour the remainder of the sauce over the prawns and serve immediately. An easy and tasty dish to have as a starter, snack or side dish.

I just had my toes polished with Ole’ Caliente by ESSIE, and the colour is simply divine. Its looks like bright coral red, and would look great on the hands as well. There are Physiological, Psychological, and Spiritual benefits like: lowering oxygen consumption and decreasing respiratory rate, & Helping with focus & concentration. It also increase’s creativity, and serotonin levels as well as increased self-actualization & compassion. It also provides peace of mind & happiness and keeps things in perspective!!!I could go on and on but if you can breath, and relax at least a few times you will feel a big difference on your over well being. A delicious and nutritious Soup: In the oven grill on 200c for 15-20 minutes: 1 Onion , 1 Courgette, 2 red pepper , 1 yellow pepper , 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, 2-3TBS of olive oil, Chopped Garlic. Sprinkle of basil. In a Food processor/Vitamix add 1 pint of Vegetable stock and the grilled vegetables. Heat, Eat and Enjoy.
