Keeping fit takes time, effort, and energy. To stay in shape- I suggest having a weekly realistic plan and pencil in at least 2-3 physical activities a week. For people who have less movitavtion I think that taking classes you enjoy make it feel fun and not such a chore. Over time you will feel good, look good and have an abundance of energy. Make sure you are paying attention to what you eat, moving as much as you can, and getting you 8-9 hours of sleep to help prepare for the next day. So check out yoga, pilates, spinning, zuma, boxing, or mix it up- whatever the activity you may choose. Enjoy and Get Fit!
