Turkey Cobb Salad

This is delicous, filling and is great for a light lunch or simple dinner. You will need 4 small chopped Plum Tomatos, 2 small peeled, pitted Cubed Avocados,1-2 Handfuls of Dark Leafy Greens, 1-2 Turkey breasts grilled, and cubed,  1/4lb of Cubed Chedder, 1 cup of chopped turkey bacon. Dressing 2 TBS White Wine Vinegar,  1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, Salt &Pepper,  1Tsp of Dijon Mustard. Toss all of the above ingredients in a bowl- sprinkle with the turkey bacon and serve immediently.

Whole Grain Chili Fuseli

321348_382066321889520_972929600_nWhole Grain Chili Fuseli;  This is a simple and delicious recipe that will warm you and your taste buds up. Cook Desired amount of Fuseli Pasta according to directions, drain and return to cooking Pan.  In a bowl mix 1.5 Cup of Goats Cheese, 1TBS of Olive Oil, 1TPS of Seedless Chili Flakes, 2 TSP Minced Garlic & Salt n Pepper. Add Goats Cheese mixture to the pasta and 1TPS of Butter to pasta; toss together. Heat over medium-low heat until hot. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Eat & Enjoy
