Turkey Cobb Salad
This is delicous, filling and is great for a light lunch or simple dinner. You will need 4 small chopped Plum Tomatos, 2 small peeled, pitted Cubed Avocados,1-2 Handfuls of Dark Leafy Greens, 1-2 Turkey breasts grilled, and cubed, 1/4lb of Cubed Chedder, 1 cup of chopped turkey bacon. Dressing 2 TBS White Wine Vinegar, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, Salt &Pepper, 1Tsp of Dijon Mustard. Toss all of the above ingredients in a bowl- sprinkle with the turkey bacon and serve immediently.
