Preheat Oven to 280C; Place desired amount of chicken to a baking tray, drizzle with Olive Oil & Organic Honey, Add a Cube or Gel cap of Vegetable stock in the middle of the tray, grill until Light brown. Boil baby carrots until soft. In a pan- heat up 1-2TBS of Butter & ¼ Cup of Fresh OJ, Drain your carrots and toss in the pan with the other contents. Let them simmer until the chicken is ready.
