Bedazzle in this statement delphinium crystal-embellished jacquard sweatshirt is super cute and current. The royal blue and metallic teal top would look fab dressed up with tailored pants and pumps for the office, or down with skinny jeans and flats at the weekend.

Sophie Webster previously assisted Nicholas Kirkwood and now her quirky cool designs have become a huge hit for many fellow fashionistas. I love these fun and fab Roka iridescent leather and suede pumps. Pair them with cropped pants, a cute top, and minimal accessories.

The Soul Leader ship is a brilliant book. I love the work of Deepak Chopra and think everyone should read this and learn more about unlocking your greatest potential through leadership. Its a great guide to getting peace and clarity the soul brings to any vision, decision, action, impulse or non action. I have book marked my favorite bits if I want to delve back in when I need a reminder.

Almonds are tasty and nutritious as most people agree, I add them in my morning oatmeal or snack on chopped apple and almond butter in the afternoon for a quick pick me up. Not only are they Alkalizing and a great source of protien but the almond cell walls help reduce the amount of fat absorbed by your body…..now start snacking.

Excess refined sugar ( found in sweets, cookies, cereal, crisps, bread ect) in your diet converts to fat inside the body and even when burned up during exercise it can still stay in the body. Try and replace sugar with natural sweeteners like organic honey, maple syrup, stevia, xyloitol, or agave. If you feel like that cookie or chocolate bar, opt for a handful of fruit and nuts and the craving should pass.
