It is low in calorie, high in fibre and has zero fat. Also High in Iron, Vitamin A, C, K, Magnesium & Calcium. Kale is ultra detoxing which keeps your body and liver healthy, as well as protecting from other illnesses and chronic diseases. I love mixing it with fruit, nuts and drizzle of balsamic dressing for a sumptuous salad or in my daily green juice.
