Have Fresh Veggie juice (see some of my recipes) for Breakfast and Lunch, Afternoon Snack, than a home made Veggie soup for dinner. For a snack have a boiled egg or a handful of Almonds. (This will curb your food cravings and give you some energy), on top of this drink 1.5 – 2L of Bottled water a day, herbal teas are fine as well.
