Cuticle Control
Having nice nails does not just come down to a trip to the parlour for a new coat of colour- it requires a healthy diet and most importantly applying cuticle oil. Cuticle oil helps to condition your nails, nail-bed and the surrounding skin and tissue. Aside from conditioning your nails, the application of cuticle oil will also enhance their appearance and keep them polished and pretty. I use a brand from my nail salon, but you can find in most pharmacies. Try to apply at least a few times a week before bed time.
