Totally Healthy Tex Mex Wraps
You will need: Whole grain wraps, ½ cup Black Beans, 1 avocado, peeled & sliced, 1 squeeze lime, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, 1 cup of brown rice, sour cream, home made or store bought fresh salsa . Divide black beans, rice, salsa and avocado to the middle of the wrap- Squeeze some lime over the toppings and fold top and bottom of wrap inward, holding each fold as you roll into a wrap. Serve with sour cream and hot sauce.Enjoy
