Melt away that winter weight

530395_376642859098533_1282909133_nA few tips to get rid off that “Winter Weight”:  1) Try to avoid comfort eating- swap those sweet or savoury snacks for a cuppa soup or a handful of nuts & berries,  2Keep Moving- Get into the habit of pencilling in at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week   3) Try to incorporate Vegetables to at least 2-3 meals a day   4) Use starter size plates during your meals, this will cut down on calories and over eating.
