Mar 24 0 comments by Ashley Michelle Warwa Simply Slim Soup My Slim-GO-Soup. 2 cups of Spinach. 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower. ½ onion. 2 garlic cloves. 3 -4 Asparagus’ sticks. 1 pint of vegetable stock. Mix and Blend everything until smooth in the Vitamix/ food processor. In a small bowl mix 3tbs of Olive oil, squeeze or 2 of hot sauce, and dash of Worchester sauce. Add to the soup and mix for 30 seconds. Heat and Enjoy ! P.S Besides its wonderful health ingredients and detoxifying properties it also fills you up without all the fat, sugar and additives.
