You will need: (portions based on your hunger factor) ½- 1 Avocado, ½ – 1 tomato, ½ Cucumber, chopped, generous portion of Alfalfa sprouts, 1 heart of Romaine lettuce. Dressing: Mix olive oil, lemon juice and dash of chilli powder or paste. Once you have chopped all of the Vegetables as well as the hard end of the romaine lettuce, scoop all the veggies into the leaf- than add the dressing and pinch of salt n pepper.
