Ruby Red lips

Nar’s Red Velvet lip pencil is a jumbo-sized crayon design which combines the convenience of a pencil and glides on like a lipstick.  It matches well with several different shades of red lipsticks but also can be used its own that leaves a creamy matte finish. I love using it along side 19 by Chanel giving me a bold cherry like red or with a touch of Vaseline on top for a subtle shiny rouge effect.
