If you need something gentle and hydrating to scrub away dead skin and give you an instant glow, Kiehls Papaya and Pineapple Face Scrub is marvelous. Its makes my skins feel super smooth! The papaya and pineapple extracts in this product and the enzymes in those fruits that are known to whiten and break down protein. The enzymes eats away all the dead skin and helps to reveal newer, softer, smoother skin. I use this 2-3 x a week with my Clarisonic

I really don’t know what I did before I discovered the Tangle Teezer a couple of years ago, but it is now my hair hero, I have a huge head of hair, which is very high maintenance and hard to manage. This little gadget goes through the most knotty, damaged, fragile hair, with no tugging, pulling or breakage. As soon as I apply my Mask or conditioner I brush the Tangle Teezer through which distributes the product more evenly and also maximizes the benefits, after I have washed it out, I towel dry and apply a coin size of styling product and repeat. Voila- no KNOTTY hair

Now that spring is finally here- I love wearing eye popping pastels or bright hues on my nails. Blue boy by CHANEL is deep pale blue almost resembles a pair of denim jeans. Applying at least 2 coats is essential so you get the creamy, glossy blue and don’t forget a top coat; this protects and keeps it lasting longer. It’s such a cool color that will instantly brighten up any outfit.

I just down loaded this APP: MY NET DIARY and am completely obsessed! It’s smart, easy and comprehensive. It lets you track your daily activities, eating habits, calories you consumed and burned as well as giving you an analysis of what you need to have more or less of in your diet eg: sodium, trans-fats, and sugar. You can either scan the barcode of your products or simply type in. A great way to help you put the right foods in your mouth and motivate you to move your toosh.
