476073_426509707445181_2059322662_oFeeling those extra pounds after the long winter….Why not spring into spring with a 5 day juice cleanse, it will leave you feeling more energized, a few pounds lighter, and a bright and radiant complexion. Have Fresh Veggie juice (see some of my recipes) for Breakfast and Lunch, Afternoon Snack, than a home made Veggie soup for dinner. For a snack have a boiled egg or a handful of Almonds. (This will curb your food cravings and give you some energy), on top of this drink 1.5 – 2L of Bottled water a day, herbal teas are fine as well. This is great to do 2x a year and will help flush out fats and toxins.

Your skin needs extra hydrating ingredients in the fall/winter and less oily ones come spring/ summer. CHANTECAILLE’S oil free gel foundation gives you fantastic coverage and yet still looks natural. It Contains aloe, Chamomile and Arnica formulated to calm irritation and soothe sensitive skin, as well as Rosemary, Green Tea and Rice Bran which boost the immune system and help prevent oxidation. Make sure you choose the right colour; I always say at least 1 shade darker during the summer season and I wear it in the SAND shade which leaves me with dewy, natural and glowing skin
