This is one of the yummiest ways for eating pizza healthfully that is tasty but without all the added fat and high calorie content. These mini pizzas’s make a great appetizer or light lunch that are very simple to make. You will need pita bread, goat’s cheese, artichokes, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, & cubed grilled chicken pieces,& chilli oil for your toppings. Spread your pita pieces with the goat’s cheese and add your desired amount of veggies and chicken. Place in the oven for 5- 10 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bread and than drizzle some chilli oil after wards. Eat and Enjoy

A few tips to keep of the winter weight… The more calories burned means a much lower calorie used, so participate in the food prep, cleanup, and any other activities that require moving. Use smaller plates, chew well, and go easy on your portions. Reduce your calorie in take a couple of days prior and after the festive feasts so you can enjoy and indulge a little more. Just to give you an insight… 1 piece of lemon merange pie =480 calories = 45 minutes of spinning. 1 bread roll =110 calories = 20 minutes on the treadmill. 6-ounce ham = 300 calories = 30 minutes on the cross trainer. So Enjoy but Eat well.

Skinny Sumptous Tacos
Healthy raw snacks and meals do not have to be time consuming- this is a great fix if you are in a hurry or are very HUNGRY. You will need: (portions based on your hunger factor)
½- 1 Avocado, ½ – 1 tomato, ½ Cucumber, chopped, generous portion of Alfalfa sprouts, 1 heart of Romaine lettuce. Dressing: Mix olive oil, lemon juice and dash of chilli powder or paste.
Once you have chopped all of the Vegetables as well as the hard end of the romaine lettuce, scoop all the veggies into the leaf- than add the dressing and pinch of salt n pepper. Roll up the leaves……and ENJOY: D
