In a big bowl toss together: 1 can of Black beans rinsed and drained, 1 Cup of cooked fresh or canned Corn, 1/3 Cup of Chopped red onion, 2 diced Tomatos, 1 diced Avocado. For the dressing; mix 2tbsp of Olive Oil, Salt n Pepper, 2 juices of Limes, 1 Tsp of Garlic paste. Add the dressing to the bowl of veggies, mix together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
