These mini pizzas’s make a great appetizer or light lunch that are very simple to make. You will need pita bread, goat’s cheese, artichokes, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, & cubed grilled chicken pieces,& chilli oil for your toppings. Spread your pita pieces with the goat’s cheese and add your desired amount of veggies and chicken.
