Pita Purdy Pizza

This is one of the yummiest ways for eating pizza healthfully that is tasty but without all the added fat and high calorie content. These mini pizzas’s make a great appetizer or light lunch that are very simple to make. You will need pita bread, goat’s cheese, artichokes, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, & cubed grilled chicken pieces,& chilli oil for your toppings. Spread your pita pieces with the goat’s cheese and add your desired amount of veggies and chicken. Place in the oven for 5- 10 minutes depending on how crispy you like your bread and than drizzle some chilli oil after wards. Eat and Enjoy
