Use smaller plates, chew well, and go easy on your portions. Reduce your calorie in take a couple of days prior and after the festive feasts so you can enjoy and indulge a little more. Just to give you an insight… 1 piece of lemon merange pie =480 calories = 45 minutes of spinning. 1 bread roll =110 calories = 20 minutes on the treadmill. 6-ounce ham = 300 calories = 30 minutes on the cross trainer. So Enjoy but Eat well.
