Fab 5 a day :-)
For the salad lovers out there this gives you all your 5+ a day that is great as a starter, or a simple lunch / dinner. In a small or large bowl add mixed greens, chopped cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, and radishes. For the dressing mix & stir balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt n pepper, dash of mustard, and drop of garlic paste …for a sweeter taste add a teaspoon of honey.
