Baby Oil is the greatest multi- purpose beauty buy out there and although it is usually used by infants when taking a bath or for maintaining soft skin it actually is amazing for everyone at any age, adults are no exception to it. I use it in to keep my skin soft and supple by adding gobs of it in my bubble bath- ultra hydration lip balm- and removing my eye makeup Aside from that, baby oil can be used for shaving, leaving your skin as smooth as ever.

A few tips to get rid off that “Winter Weight”: 1) Try to avoid comfort eating- swap those sweet or savoury snacks for a cuppa soup or a handful of nuts & berries, 2) Keep Moving- Get into the habit of pencilling in at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week 3) Try to incorporate Vegetables to at least 2-3 meals a day 4) Use starter size plates during your meals, this will cut down on calories and over eating.

Flu Fighting Smoothie: Blend : 1 Bananna, 2 Kiwis#1.5 Cup of Chopped Mangos, 3 Large Oranges.
I drink this if I feel any flu like symptoms coming on and or after fighting it. The smoothie provides an excellent source of potassium, vitamin C. carotenes, copper, B vitamins, and folic acid and fiber. These all support the immune system and promote respiratory tract health. Being such a product junkie over the years- I Have practically tried all of the latest and greatest bronzers,- and still to this day the bronzing powder by NARS- is the most natural looking and long lasting one out there.
